The objective of this module is to understand how to develop people and give power to those who have demonstrated the capacity to handle the responsibility. Participants learn to create a favorable environment in which people are encouraged to grow their skills. They understand how coaching can be develop their team and this session gives them the knowledge to develop the coaching and mentoring skills that help improve individual performance.
